Labor Day means the official end of summer gardens and vacations, and the start of the fall show season.  We added a couple new shows this year and will definitely be repeating at some old favorites… so come out and visit with us if we’re in your neighborhood.  We always love to see those friendly smiling faces. 

This weekend (Sep 10&11) we’re trying out the Chadds Ford, PA area with a new 2 day show at the 46th Annual Chadds Ford Days on Creek Road in Chadds Ford.. Saturday and Sunday 10am – 5pm. 

 The following Saturday Sept 17th is the ever popular Pitman Craft Show in downtown Pitman, NJ; followed on Sunday, Sept 18th with Septemberfest in Veterans Park in Mercer County, NJ.

Sunday Aug28th show at Penn State Wilkes-Barre campus is canceled due to hurricane (who would ever think that would be a sentence I’d have to post??). We’re looking forward to our next shows: Sep 10-11 Chadds Ford Days in Chadds Ford PA at the Historical Society Grounds, Sep 17 at the Craft show in Pitman, NJ and Sep 18 at Septemberfest at Veterans Park in Hamilton Township, NJ. Just received confirmation that we’ve been jury approved for a new show in upstate PA, not too far from the cottage!! Yeah! It’s the Hayfield Show on the Wilkes-Barre campus of Penn State (really in Lehman PA) on Sunday, August 28th. It’s a new show so we don’t know what to expect, but it will be nice to do a show and get to relax at the cottage all on the same weekend!

The heat of the summer puts a crimp in our show schedule and my happiness (I just can’t tolerate the heat like I used to). So we’re taking a break from craft shows until the fall season kick-off… on August 20-21st for the Fine Art Festival in downtown Collingswood NJ. We’re still waiting on confirmations for a few shows, but right now it’s confirmed that you’ll be able to find us in Chadds Ford PA Sept 10th & 11th, Pitman NJ Sept 17th, Hamilton NJ Septemberfest on Sept 18th, Kirby’s Mill in Marlton on Oct 8th.. to just name a few. If you need cards in the meantime, be sure to stop in at the Rancocas Craft Co-op (open every Wednesday – Sunday 10am-5pm) to see what we’re offering, along with the 40+ other crafters showing there everyday. Mother’s Day is Sunday and we’ll be at Sayen Gardens for their annual azalea festival and mother’s day event. We’re hoping the weather holds out for us or if the rain must fall, that it’s quick and light and makes us appreciate this lovely spring weather we’re enjoying otherwise. Some new photos are up on our ‘shop’ tab. And we’d like to thank everyone who came out and saw us at the Allair Show. The crowd was light but interesting and friendly and we hope to be able to include that show in our schedule next year.
